Add to the list: sweaty palms, shifty eyes, mood swings. I have those and more and I blame the little gadget in my purse. Our condition may sound hilarious to some but not if you’re suffering from it. Thanks for starting this site. I hope we will break free of the habit.

Hi I’m Alex and I have nomo.
Seriously not that too far gone but wish I could help not checking the damn thing every few minutes. Any tips?

First off, congratulations on the site.
Here’s my story.
1965. Somewhere in rural Kansas. Population: 3,540. The phone barely rang in a day and we lived a good life.
2008. Los Angeles. Crackberry rings 24 hours; if not mine, my partner’s. Your “3 A.M.” parody tagline rings (lame pun, I know) true.
Note to self: find some 12-step program to deal with this,
Good luck fellow sufferers. Remember, “silence is golden.”
